Welcome to The WICT Network: Carolinas: Whether you are considering a membership, just joined for the first time, or perhaps you’ve weathered the crazy storms with us through these last few years, we are thrilled to get to know you. We are focused on growing strong, women leaders, and that includes development for women, and our allies. For all of you – the goal is to CONNECT. ENGAGE. EMPOWER.
We want to ensure you can enjoy and leverage your WICT Network Carolinas membership to its fullest, and offer a variety of programs and events. - Let’s Talk: Get together in small groups, experience content, and discuss! Let’s Talk is open to members and non-members, so bring a friend, and join the conversation.
- Mentoring Circles: Make valuable connections with other industry professionals in a more intimate journey designed to foster self-awareness and create leadership vision.
- Executive Series: Connect with fellow Executives in Mid to Senior-level titles in a special programming series designed to build personal and professional development.
- CIRCLE Awards: One of the Chapter’s most beloved events! The CIRCLE Awards honors the achievements of your peers within The WICT Network Carolinas demonstrating Courage, Inspiration, Recognition, Community, Leadership, and Excellence.
- Tech It Out: Celebrating the role technology plays in the industry, the Tech It Out initiative raises awareness on the vast opportunities for women in tech, with the goal of creating strong women leaders in the field.
