Patty Donaldson is a Regional Sales Manager at Cisco Systems, Inc. in the Cable Segment. In her current role, she manages a team focused on sales of the Cisco product and service portfolio to Regional MSO customers in the U.S. Under Patty’s leadership, her team is responsible for aligning Cisco resources to support their customer’s business drivers and strategic priorities. This includes direct sales as well as developing the Cisco Partner strategy for expanded support and development of the Regional MSO segment . In addition to Patty’s sales leadership role, she is a member of Cisco’s Inclusion and Diversity team which strives to attract and retain a more diverse workforce.
Before joining Cisco in 2007, Patty was a Sr. Sales Manager in the Broadband Segment at Scientific-Atlanta, Inc. Her responsibilities included developing new markets and customer segments for sales of Scientific-Atlanta products and services. She managed both account and sales engineering teams focused on Regional Service Providers. Patty began her career at Scientific-Atlanta as Director of Marketing for the Control Systems Division in 1995. Prior to joining Scientific-Atlanta, Patty was a Sr. Marketing Manager for Honeywell Inc., in their Home and Building Control Division.
Patty holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Georgia and resides in the Atlanta area with her husband Danny.
