Allison Joyce

​Allison Joyce joined the West Division Human Resources team as the Vice President of Talent in September 2011.  

 

As Vice President of Talent Operations & Talent Management, Allison is responsible for leading talent acquisition and talent management across the West Division.  In this strategic leadership role Allison drives roughly 8,000 placements a year. She also leads the internal talent management and succession planning activities for nearly 22,000 employees in the Comcast West Division.   

 

Before joining Comcast, Allison gained unparalleled experience and professionalism from her 20 plus years of work experience in various industries.  Most recently, Allison worked as a private consultant for Brinker International, the Operating Company of Chili’s Grill & Bar and Maggiano’s, focused on talent strategy. Allison also consulted for Outback Steakhouse where she worked on strategic HR initiatives in all facets of HR including training and development, workforce planning and talent.

 

Prior to consulting, Allison held the role of National Director of Global Talent for Yum Brands, the $25 Billion Operating Company of KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, A&W, and LJS.  In this capacity she directed the strategy and execution of corporate and field recruiting for all US business units, including 5,000 US restaurants.  Allison held other roles with Yum which included: Senior Manager Field Staffing; National Manager Employment Marketing; and Senior Manager Human Resources supporting the international business. Allison also led major projects and technology implementation playing key roles in change management and training.  Before the spin-off to Yum Brands, Allison held roles in Compensation, Rewards & Recognition, and Corporate Staffing with PepsiCo Corporation.

 

Allison has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Carolina. She and her husband and children live in Denver, CO.
