Julia Reese serves as Vice President of Partner Marketing within the Content Distribution & Marketing Division at Viacom Media Networks. In Julia's current role she works across Viacom Media Networks content portfolio of top-rated cable networks including Nickelodeon, MTV, Comedy Central, BET, Spike and TV Land, to build strategic marketing partnerships with MVPD and digital partners. She is accountable for developing and leading B2B and B2C initiatives that supports revenue and distribution goals while increasing brand awareness for the networks. Her responsibilities also include overseeing portfolio-based initiatives and marketing communications for the CDM organization. Julia's experience has also extended to overseeing the Client Relations Division, which specializes in creating one-of –a-kind events and experiences for industry executives, local ad sales clients and consumers.
A 14 year veteran of Viacom, Julia began her career at Nickelodeon in the Affiliate Marketing Department. Since then she has worked across a multitude of brands including TV Land, CMT, BET and EPIX as well as helped launch Viacom's non-profit Get Schooled pro-social initiative in conjunction with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation before being promoted to Vice President in 2010.
Julia earned her B.A in Communication from La Salle University in Philadelphia. She currently resides in Sunnyside, NY with her husband and daughter.
