Helene Pandal serves as vice president
of market research strategy for Cablevision Systems Corporation. As a member of
the product management and marketing team, she leads all custom, syndicated and
competitive research in support of Cablevision’s advanced Optimum-branded
digital products and services.
Ms. Pandal has been with Cablevision
since 2005 where she has built the market research function to include
specialist sub-teams in major strategic areas including branding, customer
loyalty and satisfaction, proprietary online panel research and syndicated and competitive
intelligence research. Ms. Pandal’s team
works closely across all business functions to evaluate the competitive
landscape and analyze market trends, which guides the Company’s day to day
business decisions and long term strategies.
Ms. Pandal has over twenty years of
experience in market research and has held leadership positions in several
different industries including financial services and consumer packaged goods. Ms. Pandal’s career has spanned consumer
segments including general market consumers, business consumers, kids/tweens
and Hispanic consumers.
Ms. Pandal received her M.S. and M.
Phil. in industrial/organizational psychology from Baruch College, Graduate
Center, CUNY and received her B.A. in Psychology from Hunter College,
CUNY. Ms. Pandal currently lives with
her husband and daughter on Long Island, New York.
