Pattie Eliason 

Charter Communications

Pattie Eliason currently serves as Vice President of Stores with Charter Communications.  In this role, she is responsible for sales, operations, and the customer engagement for 300 Charter stores and 1,100 employees nationwide.  This includes oversight and day to day customer service activities; sell and upgrade of products, payments, equipment exchange and the retention of services for customers.  Pattie has led the efforts for the new Charter Spectrum Stores with the goal of creating a more engaging environment to enable customers the ability to explore Charter products and services.  

Pattie began her career at Charter as the Director of Marketing & Sales in 2003.  She was promoted to Senior Director in 2007 and now holds her current capacity as Vice President since 2012.

 

Prior to her experience at Charter, Pattie started her career in Marketing at Comcast for the Western Region.  She remained in the cable industry through several industry consolidations in the Los Angeles Market working for Cox, Media One, AT&T Broadband and RCN. She graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a in BA in Communications. 

 

Pattie has been a lifetime, avid supporter and volunteer for environmental and philanthropic causes, as well as support of Domestic Violence prevention and Animal Welfare programs.
