Sue is a seasoned executive coach who works with senior leaders and rising managers to maximize their leadership potential and develop their teams to enhance organizational capacity. She has extensive experience working on long-term team coaching engagements to achieve organizational stretch goals through increased focus, accountability and measurement disciplines. Sue is skilled in administering assessments to increase self-awareness, and extend leadership agility through improved relationships and team-building. C-Suite clients have extended from entrepreneurial start-ups to Fortune 500 companies including Boeing, Comcast, KPMG, Owens & Minor, West Pharmaceuticals, and Xerox.
A former certified public accountant, Sue brings over 25 years of corporate and entrepreneurial strategic insights from her sales leadership at DigitalThink, a custom web-based learning solutions for Fortune 500 companies and as a managing director at Andersen Business Consulting. Most of Sue's clients have been in the services sector, including technology, financial, real estate, healthcare, pharma and non-profit companies, optimizing solutions to complex problems through strategic planning and execution. Recently Sue has extended her consulting and coaching expertise to work with entrepreneurial clients that are looking to accelerate revenue growth and maximize resources.
Sue is a committed sponsor to increasing female representation in leadership positions in both business and the community at large. She is an advisory committee member of the Society for Professional Women, the largest networking organization in Philadelphia and is a member of the Alliance of Women Entrepreneurs. Sue recently joined the Thirty Percent Coalition, a groundbreaking national organization committed to the goal of women holding 30% of board seats across public companies.
Sue is a Board Member and Treasurer for the Columbia Coaching Learning Association. She also holds memberships in the International Coach Federation and the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches. Sue serves as a committee member of the Career and Lifestyles Committee of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Sue is a graduate of Columbia University's Advanced Executive Coaching Certification Program and a Certified Career Coach with the Five O'Clock Club. She is a certified Hogan Assessment Feedback Provider and is certified to administer the EQ-i2.0 and the EQ 360, as well as the TESI (Team Emotional and Social Intelligence Survey). Sue earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, with a dual major in accounting and finance. Sue also holds her Master's in Business Administration from Villanova University.
