Laura Cullen 

Comcast

Laura is the Vice President of Operational Reporting and Analytics for the Northeast Division for Comcast.  In her current role, she oversees operational reporting for the Customer Care and Technical Operations organizations, as well as, Customer Experience tools and analytics for the Northeast Division. 

 

Laura is an experienced financial, analytical and operations leader with 10+ years’ experience in leadership roles, Laura is known for her analytical prowess to tell an effective story with data and passion. As an 18 year cable/telecommunications veteran, she has held variety of management roles within Comcast.  Laura’s career experience includes developing strategic financial plans for Customer Care, Technical Operations, Revenue and Subscriber functions, developing customer experience analytical models / tools, as well as deployment of the COACH application for the Northeast Division.

Laura graduated from of Plymouth State University with a BA in Accounting.  She is a graduate of Women Unlimited LEAD in 2003 and UMass Emerging Leaders 2015 programs. 

 

She resides in Manchester, New Hampshire with her husband and two children.
