Leslie Miles is the Vice President of Program Management and Voice of the Customer at ARRIS, a global innovator in IP, video and broadband technology. She leads the Program Management Office for strategic, enterprise-wide cross-functional programs that help the company realize its global objectives. Leslie also leads ARRIS’s voice of the customer program, Customer CONNECT, overseeing customer interviews and internal action planning to help the company realize its core value of Customer First. With Leslie’s leadership and her ability to build trusting relationships both internally and externally, customer participation in Customer CONNECT has grown 30-fold.
Leslie transitioned her career into the telecommunications industry in 1998 with Motorola. Through her 17+ years in the industry, she has held several leadership roles, including supply chain operations, new product introduction, product line management, and mergers and acquisitions. In her previous role at Motorola Mobility (a Google company), Leslie was responsible for the carve out activity of Motorola Home, in preparation for the Google sale to ARRIS.
After the merger of ARRIS and Motorola Home, she led the integration office of Motorola into ARRIS as it became one company and 7,000 people strong overnight. Her keen ability to influence across organizational lines and build trust helped the company completing integration effectively and ahead of schedule.
Leslie has a BA in Supply Chain from Michigan State University and an MBA from Loyola University Chicago, Quinlan School of Business. She lives in Chicago, Illinois.
