Kim Lando is an Account Executive at Scripps Networks Interactive, responsible for over $40 million dollars in advertising sales for Travel Channel & Great American Country. In this role, Kim has closed business with 90 new advertisers since joining the company in 2010. She collaborates with colleagues in digital, marketing and research to create unique solutions to help clients reach their goals while increasing revenue. Kim was named Travel Channel Salesperson of the Year, Split Partner of the Year and was awarded Most Creative Use of Assets.
Prior to joining Scripps Networks Interactive, Kim spent seven years at Oxygen Media and NBC Universal. She began her career at Oxygen Media as a Sales Assistant and moved up the ranks to Planner & Account Executive, selling both linear and digital media, and exceeded her sales goals each year. During her tenure at Oxygen, she was given the responsibility of mentoring the team's sales assistants, a task that she enjoyed immensely.
Kim graduated Magna Cum Laude from New York University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications. She resides in Bedford Hills, NY with her husband and two daughters. She loves to travel and her favorite destination is the Caribbean.
