Shelly Morris is the Director of Market & Retail Analytics for Nickelodeon Consumer Products. In this role, Ms. Morris promotes a data-driven culture providing industry, category, and partner performance analysis. She consistently demonstrates her value as a leader by uncovering new insights that help Nickelodeon capitalize on the strength of its brands at retail, growing business and affinity. Her analysis, coupled with an understanding of trends, the viewer and the consumer, is helpful in expanding partnerships and developing strategic roadmaps for leading franchises such as PAW Patrol, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Spongebob Squarepants.
With over a decade of experience, Ms. Morris has delivered analytics and created products across multiple industries. She analyzed Branded Experiences at AOL and developed innovative vehicle concepts for major automakers such as Honda, Toyota, and Chrysler.
Ms. Morris has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University, a M.S. in Engineering Management from The George Washington University, and received an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. She is a native Washingtonian and currently resides in New York City. Shelly enjoys traveling, is a sports fan, and works tirelessly in the community to connect students in STEM with opportunities in media and entertainment.
