Nileen Knoke 

Cox Communications

Nileen is a Human Resources Manager responsible for the Las Vegas Market at Cox Communications, supporting more than 1,400 employees. In her current role she leads a team of HR Business Partners, providing business counsel to Market and Regional clients in the areas of: employee relations, labor relations, employee documentation, compliance, training/development, compensation, and recruiting. 

 

In addition to her 15 years in the Human Resources department at Cox Communications, her career experience includes expertise in a variety of business areas. These areas include: financial planning, banking, retail sales, product promotions management, curriculum design, training and development.

 

Nileen holds a Master of Arts Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.  She also holds the SHRM-SCP Certification from the Society for Human Resources Management. 

 

Nileen has a passion and is a huge supporter of Cox Communications Diversity and Inclusion culture. She currently serves as the Chair for the company's Regional Diversity Council. She is also an active member of the WICT Southwest Chapter.  She continuously gives back to the Las Vegas Community by volunteering in a variety of events that foster Diversity and Inclusion through partnerships with local Chambers and community associations. She currently serves as a Board member for the Women's Chamber of Commerce of Nevada.

 

Nileen currently lives in Las Vegas, Nevada. She enjoys travelling to warm climates and seeking new adventures with her husband and two sons.
