Charlita R. Tate is the Director of Customer Care for Comcast Business - Central Division. In this role, Charlita is responsible for ensuring that the customer's experience with Comcast is as positive one and that all needs of their Business Customers are met. Recently, Charlita relocated with Comcast to start a new call center operation from ground up. Under Charlita's direction, the call center now going into its second year, continues to meet performance goals, metrics and standards.
Prior to her time at Comcast, Charlita worked for many years in the Customer Care space for a large insurance company in the Northeast. Charlita played a pivotal role in that company's success in both the Commercial Healthcare Markets as well as the Medicare/Medicaid Markets.
Charlita lives in the South Florida area and has 1 daughter in her senior year of College at Temple University.
