Linda DeLaurentis is Vice President, General Manager for Comcast Spotlight, responsible for the creation, implementation and achievement of advertising sales in the markets of Baltimore and Salisbury. Her team is focused on building collaborative relationships with clients as well as embracing Comcast's Unified Sales Initiatives across all Spotlight markets.
Joining Spotlight in July 2014, Linda's goal has been to build a cohesive, successful team across the local, national and regional lines of business. She is passionate about developing new ideas, such as a statewide Healthcare Initiative and a Music Initiative, and motivates her team with enthusiasm. Mentoring others is a core value and Linda helped establish a Mentor Program at her previous company, NCC Media, and is a participating sponsor of Baltimore Business Journal Mentoring Mondays.
Previous to Spotlight, Linda was the Director of Sales for NCC Media in New York City. She was responsible for the national sales revenue performance in the markets of Atlanta, Baltimore and Washington DC. She worked closely with the Comcast, Time-Warner and Cox affiliate partners to execute multi-market, client and agency sales objectives. Linda started her career as a Broadcast representative at Katz Television where she advanced to Vice President, Director of Sales.
Linda has a Bachelor of Arts from Lafayette College. She is a 2016 graduate of Comcast Spotlight's Women in Leadership program. She lives in Towson, Maryland with her husband Mark and is currently investing in their two children's college education.
