Sara Clarke

Sara C. Clarke is Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy, Analysis, and Communication at Showtime Networks Inc. (SNI), based in New York. Sara has a multifaceted role that includes advising senior management on strategic issues critical to SNI’s competitive position; evaluating the effectiveness of SNI’s sales and marketing initiatives in sustaining subscriber and revenue growth; and facilitating internal communication and collaboration through her administration of the company intranet.

Previously, Sara worked for Accenture within the Media and Entertainment practice where she led project teams in formulating strategic recommendations for an array of clients. Early in her career, Sara developed sales and marketing experience at Showtime Networks, and worked at Capital Cities/ABC in Affiliate Relations. She holds a Master’s Degree from Harvard Business School in Business Administration, and a Bachelor’s Degree with honors in Modern Culture and Media from Brown University.

Sara serves as a Director at Large on the Board of the New York Chapter of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT), and continues to mentor others in PRIME|access: NYWICT’s Executive Mentoring Program. Sara is also a member of National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC). Sara complements her professional pursuits with volunteer commitments to both alumni and community organizations, and enjoys mentoring students at the Young Women’s Leadership School of East Harlem. Sara has served on the Board of Directors of Global Action Project, a non-profit educational organization that develops youth leaders through media production and peer education. She and her husband reside in South Orange, New Jersey with their two sons.
