Trina Maynes 

Nickelodeon

Trina Maynes is Vice President of Human Resources for Nickelodeon’s East Coast Television, Digital, Consumer Products, Recreation and Original Movies businesses, including Nick Jr, TeenNick and Nicktoons.  In this role, Trina is responsible for developing the strategic Human Resource direction of Nickelodeon through partnership with the organizations President and Executive Team.

Under Trina’s leadership, a team of Human Resource professionals are responsible helping Nickelodeon retain its competitive edge through organizational effectiveness and operational excellence.

Trina’s background includes more than 15 years of human resources experience. She joined Viacom/MTV Networks in 1996 and has progressed through the organization in progressively advanced positions.

Before her current role, she managed all human resource functions for Vh1, LOGO and Harmonix Games. Prior to coming to MTV Networks, she was an Employee Relations Manager at Calvin Klein. She began her career at Simon & Schuster where she worked for five years as a Human Resource Jr Generalist.

Trina holds a Master’s of Education degree in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science from Fordham University.
