Jackie Gadsden serves as Vice President of Business Initiatives for the Greater Boston region.  Previously, Jackie was the Vice President of Customer Care for the Greater Boston Region accountable for the overall performance of the regional customer care organization servicing over 1300 employees across Manchester, NH, Chelmsford, Malden, MA, Waltham, MA, New Bedford, MA and Plymouth, MA.   Responsibilities included providing strategic direction, developing a highly motivated Care team that brings out the best in people, managing the care annual budget and driving execution and results.

After joining the cable industry 19 years ago,  Jackie held many leadership positions at Comcast and predecessor companies of Continental Cablevision, MediaOne and AT&T Broadband.  During her tenure she had several promotions, which started in Marketing for approximately 4 years and then migrated to Manager of Customer service, Marketing and Sales Manager, Director of Quality Assurance and then Director of Customer Service overseeing 5 Call Center facilities across New England.

Jackie grew up in Watertown, MA and graduated from Fitchburg State College. She holds a BS in Science & Communications with a specialty in Photography.  She has also been recognized for special awards including: Most Influential Minority In Cable (2008 & 2009) and Girls Inc of Manchester  Finalist for Women of Achievement award.

Jackie is a mother of two children adopted from Guinea, West Africa, daughter Kindi and son Saliou. She resides in Manchester, NH with her partner Laurel Dunn.
