She graduated in 2005 in Psychology and did her Erasmus student exchange program in Wales, UK. Her first exposure to real life work in the field of HR was at Adecco Group, where during 4 years she worked in the recruiting area and as On Site Manager for Bank of America and IBM.
In 2011, Ernst & Young offered her the possibility to join the Recruiting team. After a year and a half she was offered to be Deputy HRBP. Her performance was quite good so she was promoted to HRPB for Assurance after a year, managing HR topics for more than 1,500 people. Her main responsibilities were related with Talent Acquisition, Employee engagement, Learning & Development, Compensation & benefits and Global Mobility.
In May 2017 she joined Viacom as HR Manager for SWEMEA Cluster, where she acts as the HR Business Partner with the Headquarter Population and also focuses on the strategic area in terms of projects and process for HR in the Cluster. Her current role demands to create an HR strategy for the business and its different departments taking into account the wider HR agenda and any specific employee issues that may be existent within the business.
