Abbie O’Dell

Abbie O’Dell has over 17 years of experience in the cable industry, starting her career in 2000 in Technical Support for Excite@Home, the first cable broadband internet service provider. She started with Charter in 2002 in the Vancouver, WA Call Center, as part of the first team of Tier II Technical Support reps in that region and quickly transitioned to a Training role, developing and delivering all of the technical coursework for the site. During her time with Charter she has led training teams supporting Customer Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Field Operations, most recently serving as Regional Training Manager for Northwest Region Field Operations; covering 8 states, leading a team of 18 Trainers and Training Supervisors. Abbie has a bachelor’s degree from University of Montana, in Missioula, and is currently pursuing a Masters of Education, Adult Education & Training from Colorado State University in Ft. Collins, CO.
