Alicia C. Ryan-Ives is a forward-thinking and solutions-driven leader with 20 years’ experience in the cable industry. Alicia thrives in a fast paced, team-oriented environment and has led across the Comcast organization at the Regional, Division, and Corporate levels. Alicia’s areas of expertise reside in strategic planning, marketing, and operations with a focus on new products. During Alicia’s earlier tenure with Comcast, she was instrumental in bringing to market products such as Comcast High-Speed Internet, Comcast Digital Voice, Video On Demand, Customer Contracts and more. Alicia’s operational experience, ability to effectively lead, and project manage across multiple cross functional teams has allowed her to successfully execute on high-profile product launches and enhancements, targeted to meet subscriber activity, as well as, maintain and/or improve customer experience, product perception and awareness.
Currently, Alicia is responsible for the Loyalty and Retention strategies at Comcast. Alicia is focused on loyalty and retention for both in-market and longer-term strategies. She has been instrumental in developing marketing strategies and opportunities to optimize across the Comcast portfolio including NBC Universal and Sky. Alicia also oversees the current technical platform operations that support and enable current strategies.
