Allison Runge is Senior Counsel and Director of Legal & Business Affairs for the family-entertainment television network, INSP, and its subsidiaries which include the motion picture production company, INSP Films. As part of her practice, Ms. Runge oversees legal work associated with original content production, including negotiating and drafting production service and talent agreements, reviewing and ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements, and drafting production documents. In addition, she represents her clients as both licensee and licensor in negotiating, drafting and reviewing content acquisition agreements related to distribution of content on various platforms.
Prior to joining INSP, Ms. Runge was with the law firm of Kennedy Covington Lobdell & Hickman (now K&L Gates) where she represented clients in business disputes and general commercial litigation.
Ms. Runge received her undergraduate degree from Davidson College and her JD at the University of South Carolina School of Law where she was a member of the Law Review. She lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with her husband and two sons (ages 12 and 9).
