Alyse Gray is Director, Research Effectiveness for Comcast Spotlight, the advertising sales division of Comcast Cable, and FreeWheel, a Comcast Company that provides advertising software and solutions for the entire television ecosystem. In this role, Alyse and her team are responsible for designing and deploying interactive master classes and video centric,
on demand training programs for Sales and Research team members on our data insights, products, systems and tools and our POV/methodology from Audience to Attribution. Training is built with a thoughtful sales focused road map, aligned with the pillars of Find, Target, Report, Proof and steeped in real world application, to inspire empowered internal and external customer dialogue and decisions. Research Effectiveness sets you up for success in creating data driven stories infused with a colorful narrative to turn data into dollars.
Most recently, Alyse and her Research Effectiveness team have been collaborating with Comcast University and Sales Leadership to develop training programs to revolutionize the onboarding of Sales with Research as well as orchestrating engaged new product rollouts to our markets.
Prior to Comcast Spotlight, Alyse was Senior Manager of Operations for Xfinity Home on the Comcast cable side, boxing up strategic opportunities for subscriber growth with customized training and improving productivity by evaluating and optimizing sales technology. She first joined Comcast in May of 2015 as a contractor working in the Xfinity Innovation Lab hosting demonstrations on our innovative product suite, including the X1 Entertainment Operating System, smart home design and IoT.
Prior to Comcast, Alyse worked at Home Box Office on the Comcast account as a Sales Development Executive, driving subscriber growth through marketing, offer strategy, education and incentives. She also has experience in the Legal and Automotive industries.
Alyse graduated from Lafayette College in Easton, PA, with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. She loves her daughters, TV, paddle boarding, the beach, and travelling.
