Alyssa Carlee is a Senior Producer at truTV in the Current Programming & Development department. In this role, she oversees the production of several hit series, including The Carbonaro Effect & Adam Runs Everything. This involves the coordination of scheduling, budgets, and the handling of interdepartmental network needs, as well as offering creative input on each series from pre-production through post. Alyssa also works on the internal and external development of new series and pilots, taking pitches from talent and production companies, and guiding projects through the greenlight stage.
After graduating from Boston University with a BA in Film & Television, Alyssa spent three years as a producer and assistant editor at a small company, which produced the reality series Party Heat. She joined truTV in late 2010 in the Creative Services department and moved into Current Programming just six months later. She has received three promotions in her six years with the company, and participated in the rebrand in 2014 that led truTV into the comedy space.
Alyssa was accepted into the 2016 Rising Leaders Program but had to defer attendance to have a baby! She currently resides in Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ with her husband and son.
