Alyssa Reiff is currently a Senior Manager on Comcast Cable’s Customer Experience team. Her primary role is project managing the company’s Net Promoter System measurement tool overseeing 30+ customer and employee surveys in support of Comcast’s deployment efforts. In addition, Alyssa is also supporting a new effort called CX Solutions – a partnership between various functions across the company to trial new initiatives while tracking performance through operational metrics. Prior to joining the Customer Experience team, Alyssa was part of the CORE Finance Program – a two-year intensive financial and leadership rotational program across Comcast Cable and NBCUniversal. During her time in the Program, she worked on Comcast’s Customer Service team, NBCUniversal’s Owned Stations Finance team, and NBCUniversal’s News Group Financial Planning and Analysis team. Alyssa is a graduate of Villanova University’s School of Business and lives in Philadelphia. She loves to travel, run, and cook in her spare time!
