Amanda Douglas is Director of Consolidated Financial Reporting for WarnerMedia, where she manages consolidations and financial reporting. Her responsibilities include managing the consolidated close process, the monthly submission of financial statements and schedules that support external SEC disclosures to WarnerMedia’s parent company, AT&T, Inc., and the chartfield governance process.
Amanda began her career at Ernst & Young (EY), where she served as an assurance professional on multiple accounts for over six years, across various industries. Amanda joined WarnerMedia in 2013 as Manager of Accounting Research & Policy, where she served as a technical accounting resource for finance and accounting departments covering multiple accounting issues, including Revenue Recognition, Foreign Currency Matters, Leases, and Consolidation. In July 2016, Amanda joined the Consolidated Financial Reporting group and was subsequently promoted to Director in February 2018.
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting and a Masters of Accountancy from Auburn University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant. In her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband and four-year-old twin boys.
