Amanda Kirschman joined Comcast Business in July 2019 to lead Talent Management. She is responsible for ensuring that the business is thinking two steps ahead – anticipating and solving for talent needs as the business continues to evolve. Amanda oversees talent review, succession planning and development for Comcast Business which is the growth engine for the enterprise. Amanda focuses on holistic approaches to ensure the organization’s talent strategy is aligned to future business needs.
Prior to this role, Amanda worked on Comcast’s Corporate and Cable HQ Human Resources team where she was the Talent Management Director responsible for building the TM function. Partnering closely with the business, TA and HR business partners, she created strategies around talent development, assessing employee potential and succession planning. She joined Comcast in 2014 as a member of the Integrated Talent Initiatives team and led the CORE Technology rotational program supporting both Comcast and NBCUniversal’s long-term technology talent strategy.
Prior to joining Comcast, Amanda worked as a HR Business Partner at BDP International. She began her career in a HR rotational program at Aramark and carried her passion for talent development in a number of roles spanning from an HR Generalist to Senior Talent Acquisition Manager over the course of 6 years.
Amanda has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Temple University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from St. Joe’s. She currently resides in Philadelphia.
