Amanda Levine

Amanda is currently a Senior Human Resources Manager of Employee Engagement at Comcast’s corporate office in Philadelphia.  As a member of the Performance Solutions Center of Excellence, her primary responsibility is to design and implement Comcast’s Employee Engagement Strategy to align with the company’s vision, goals, and performance objectives.  Key projects include Performance Management, CredoSpeak (all employee survey) and On Boarding; collectively these initiatives ensure a consistent and positive employee experience throughout their career with the organization.

Previously Amanda spent six years working directly with employees as an HR Manager in Comcast’s Freedom Region, the second largest cable system in the country. In this capacity, Amanda served as a strategic business partner to the Technical Operations leadership team and helped implement HR solutions related to Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, Staffing and Leadership Development.  She was instrumental in leading the centralization of several different operations throughout the Philadelphia Metro area.  These reorganizations required significant change management to prepare employees to operate within the new structure. Amanda assessed resource capabilities and competencies, coached leaders to be change agents, and provided guidance in handling communications with employees.

Prior to joining Comcast, Amanda worked for Marriott Hotels for 4 years as a Human Resources Manager at the Philadelphia Airport.  A graduate from the University of Delaware with a BA in Educational Studies and Psychology, Amanda is pursuing her Master’s of Human Resources from Villanova University.  She lives in Malvern, PA with her husband, Lewis and their two children, Aaron and Sydney.  In her free time, she enjoys traveling, photography and spending time with her children.
