Ami Ehlenberger

Ami Ehlenberger currently serves as the Vice President of Decisioning and Advanced Technologies for Comcast.  Ami has worked for Comcast for the past two years and has been a part of the technology industry for over 20 years in various leadership positions.

Within her current role at Comcast, she is responsible for driving the adoption of AI/ML and digital personalization into the go to market strategy across the Xfinity Consumer Services portfolio.  She is also responsible for developing and delivering applications and tools that make it easier to access and analyze data for both our headquarters and divisional business analytics teams.  Ami leads a team of engineers, data scientists, and portfolio managers that deliver modeling and data solutions providing insights into Customer Lifetime Value, Risk Analytics, and Growth initiatives such as our Next Best Action decisioning platform.

Ami was the founder of the Women of EBI leadership development series and is an active member across Comcasts ERG groups for women and military employees.  She is a prior Navy Ombudsman, is an advisor to the Oklahoma State University Data Science program and has been a part of our PHLAI conference planning teams.

Prior to joining Comcast, Ami held several leadership roles within IBM including their Cloud Architecture team, Watson Development organization, and IBM’s Lab Services consulting group.

Ami holds an MBA and B.S. in Computer Science from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She lives in Pennsylvania and enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeff and their daughters Chayse and Carly.  You can find them at Flyers hockey games, or in the Poconos hiking and fishing.
