Amy Elliott serves as senior director of production, product placement for the TNT and TBS divisions of Turner Entertainment Networks. In this capacity, she is responsible for managing and executing product integration into original series. She serves as the liaison between sales and creative teams to develop meaningful brand alignments within scripted and unscripted programming that deliver results for the brand without compromising the creative integrity of the content. Elliott is based in Los Angeles and reports to Mark Weissman, senior vice president of production for TNT and TBS.
Elliott joined Turner in 2008 as director of production, product placement and was promoted to her current position in 2012. Prior to Turner, she worked as a freelance associate producer and production supervisor on various one-hour dramas and half-hour comedy television series for HBO, CBS, FX, Fox and ABC including the HBO series Entourage and the CBS series CSI: Miami.
In addition to her role at Turner, she is actively involved in the TNT/TBS College Associate Program, serving as a hiring manager and mentor for the competitive intern program. She is a member of Turner Women Today, a business resource group within TBS, Inc. and a member of the Producer’s Guild of America. She has spoken to international media groups about developing successful product integrations on network television.
Elliott graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a double major in English Literature and Radio-Television-Film and also holds a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Southern California’s School of Cinematic Arts.
