Amy Ayoub’s career began at Viacom Media Networks in 1999, initially with national advertising sales, subsequently advancing to planning & design. Amy leads strategic and creative partnerships comprising of roles in project management, facility management, and lease management; all aimed at expanding Viacom’s properties across the United States while supporting Viacom’s leading brands.
Amy is responsible for managing new design and construction projects, both large and small scale, including the financial aspects of the projects and the procurement of FF&E. Likewise, facility planning for new or renovated space; while focusing on building utilization, sustainability, as well as quarterly and yearly operational budgets for multiple commercial properties.
Prior to joining Viacom, Amy was owner of a design business and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Interior Design. Outside of the industry, Amy volunteers and supports a wide-range of charities.
