Analeah Nibre is Manager of Business Assurance for the California region at Comcast. In this role, she has oversight over regional performance against company’s operational plans and goals to ensure alignment and focus. She is responsible for leading collaborative work across multiple departments ensuring the California region complies with Comcast policies and procedures, standardizing operational procedures and optimizing streamlined practices. She and her team conduct regular checklist audits to identify risks and opportunities, to evaluate action plans, and to drive process efficiencies in the work place.
Marking her thirteenth year in the cable industry and with Comcast, Analeah is an accomplished finance manager with progressive experience in annual budget development, short-term forecasting, accounting month-end close, business operations, and compliance. She recently played a key role in completing the 2013 budget for California, a region with close to 2M subscribers and annual revenues of $3 billion. In her prior role as FP&A Manager, she had a successful record in budget and forecast accuracy in the East Bay area. More importantly in working in an area that had 500K subscribers and annual revenues of $600 million, Analeah was a critical member of the business operations leadership team that consistently over delivered financial targets and generated revenue and cash flow growth year over year.
Analeah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State University – Hayward. She has participated in many leadership programs sponsored by Comcast including FOL – Fundamentals of Leadership (2007), Management Series with Saint Joseph University (2009) and LEAP – Leadership Education for Asian Pacific (2012).
Prior to entering into the cable industry, Analeah has worked in corporate banking and software/application consulting.
Outside of the workplace, Analeah enjoys mapping out her own amazing race around the world. On to her third passport, she hopes to continue travel more and immerse herself in the diverse culture and plentiful gastronomical delights the world has to offer. When not busy keeping up with her older nieces and nephews at amusement parks and go karting, she adheres to tea parties with her little nieces.
