Andrea Oden is a Sr. Manager of Human Resources for Comcast’s Central Division Video Repair organization. In this role she is responsible for the implementation and execution of effective human resources practices including employee engagement, leadership coaching, talent assessment and management and performance coaching for the Woodridge, Illinois Call Center. Andrea brings a very unique combination of communication skills, employee relations savvy and policy acumen to business partners that are designed to empower leaders and strengthen the business at its core. Andrea has over 10 years of human resources and leadership experience. She joined Comcast in 2003 and has held various Human Resources roles throughout her tenure with the company.
Andrea is an active community leader and empowerment speaker serving a range of non-profit and industry organizations, including National Speakers Association, Willow Creek Association, Toastmasters, and National Association of Multi-ethnicities in Communications (NAMIC). Andrea has been a member of the WICT Chicago Chapter since 2005.
In her spare time she enjoys writing for several relationship blogs and in 2014 published her second relationship book.
