As a Director of a Human Resource Centralized team, Angel is responsible for supporting 6,500 employees within the Care and Sales Call Center organization. In this role, she leads the Human Resources Generalists to ensure the aligned support and execution of performance, absence management, reporting, HR processes and day to day engagement and support. Prior to Angel’s current role she was a Human Resources Sr. Manager supporting the Fort Myers, Fl call center and Vendor Management.
Angel joined Comcast from Eckerd Pharmacy where she served in various roles (Human Resources Leader, District Trainer and District Manager). With more than 25 years of professional leadership, Human Resources experience, and a servant leadership style, Angel drives business results through her team by delivering on business objectives.
Angel lives in Cape Coral, Florida with her husband, Ken and 21-year-old son, Austin. She enjoys reading, music, biking, kayaking, and spending time with family and friends. Angel’s newest passion is attending Pilates classes; during COVID she purchased a Reformer so she could continue Pilates at home.
