Angela Tsai is the Director of Digital Research in the Viacom Entertainment Group. In this role, Angela is responsible for providing strategic insights to business stakeholders and supporting them in their effort to deliver on financial goals. The insights are critical in guiding business decisions in programming, content, audience, and functionality across all digital properties for Spike TV and GameTrailers. Additionally, she oversees the implementation of digital analytics and helps to define key performance indicators, set standards, and establish the research strategy across all digital platforms including mobile sites, apps, tablets, social media, and gaming consoles.
An accomplished professional with more than ten years of experience, Angela has served in various roles in market research, information systems analysis, and data analytics prior to joining Viacom in 2008. Angela graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbanana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and holds a Masters in Business Administration from UCLA. Originally from Chicago, IL, she currently resides in Los Angeles, CA with her husband.
