Ann has over 25 years of experience
in the Human Resources field. Her
expertise includes strategic planning, client relationship
building and talent management within Fortune 50 and 500 companies.
She has proven abilities in employee relations, conflict resolution, workforce planning
and employee engagement. Ann has a
proven track record of developing talent across all levels of an organization. She
leads a high performing team and her strengths include her leadership skills, mentoring
and cross functional team collaboration.
Ann joined Comcast in June 2013;
she is a Senior Human Resources Manager supporting a 500+ seat Billing and
Retention Call Center. Prior to joining
Comcast, Ann served as Vice President and HR Business Partner for M&T Bank.
Ann served in the United States
Army and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Capella
University and an Associate’s Degree in Business from the University of Phoenix. Ann holds two professional HR certifications;
a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute and
Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society for Human Resources
Management. Ann lives in Harrisburg, PA
with her husband, Ron and two boys; Kyle and Roman. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time
with her family and friends and shopping.
