Antonia Baker is the marketing director of trade marketing and events for Food Network and Cooking Channel. In this role, Antonia is responsible for the creation and development of trade marketing strategies, programs and events for the Scripps Networks Interactive-owned food brands, as well as the development of impactful and innovative marketing materials that convey the value of these brands. She focuses on presenting innovative marketing campaigns and unique experiences to the trade community, while maintaining a consistent brand identity that’s true to the voice of the network.
Preceding her arrival to Scripps, Antonia worked for Women’s Entertainment Television (WE TV). Most recently, she served as the network’s manager of partnerships and events, where she identified, developed and fostered multi-platform strategic partnerships, and executed all consumer, trade, public relation and internal events for the network. Prior to this role, she held the position of integrated marketing manager, where she managed brand integrations and custom sponsorships. This position was a lateral transition from her initial position at WE TV as marketing coordinator in the company’s consumer marketing division.
Antonia began her career at Thomson Financial Media, where she developed advertising and circulation marketing initiatives for financial publications such as U.S. Banker and American Banker. Antonia graduated from the Manhattan College with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance in 2000. A lifelong New Yorker, Antonia was born and raised in the North Bronx and currently resides in Westchester. She loves cooking, traveling, home decorating, and spending time with her family.
