April Avitia is the Customer Service Manager in Roswell, NM, and a Billing Conversion Expert for Cable One. She is an established leader with over 20 years of experience overseeing front office operational efficiency and process improvements, while enhancing customer relations. She has just received her Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate that will assist her in analyzing office productivity. She is responsible for the implementation of strategic Customer Experiences including the strategy around areas of focus, increasing communication, identifying management modifications, and providing overall advisory support. She works closely with the technical department analyzing work flow between all departments.
