Ariel Joseph grew up with an overly active imagination and was determined to make a career of it. After landing an internship at a small network, she knew she wanted to work in the entertainment industry. She is currently a Manager of Current Programs at CBS, where she oversees both studio and network shows including ALL RISE, MAGNUM PI, NANCY DREW, THE NEIGHBORHOOD, and NCIS: NEW ORLEANS.
Prior to working at CBS, Ariel worked for Fullscreen Media, Asylum Entertainment and The Gersh Agency, where she found a passion for scripted television and working with writers and showrunners.
Ariel aims to continue her career at CBS and ensure diverse stories are being told. She encourages representation not only in front of and behind the camera, but in the rooms where decisions are being made. As a young executive, she hopes to hone in on her leadership style for future leadership roles.
Ariel received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from UC Berkeley and in her spare time, enjoys reading fiction novels, refurbishing furniture, and finding the best chilaquiles in Los Angeles.
