Ashley Antonioli currently serves as the Senior Manager of Business Process Management on the end-to-end process team for Comcast Business. In this role, she leads a team responsible for driving alignment across multiple work streams so that policy, process, and system decisions promote an efficient end to end process. Ashley and team are responsible for defining and documenting the future state end-to-end process for sales, marketing, operations, finance, and customer care as part of a large-scale process and technology transformation initiative within Comcast Business.
She began her career at Comcast Cable in 2012 as a Business Process Analyst, where she honed her skills in outlining future state processes that are focused both on customer and user experiences while driving simplification. After five years working on Comcast Cable residential business processes, Ashley took the next step in her career by joining Comcast Business in 2017 as a manager on the end-to-end process team.
Prior to joining Comcast, Ashley got her start at The Philadelphia Phillies where she worked both as a season and group sales representative and a special events representative. During her time at The Phillies, Ashley provided customer service daily for premium clients and season ticket holders as well as managed non-game day events for both corporate and individual clients.
Ashley graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management at Widener University. She currently resides in Pennsylvania, where she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids.
