Ashley Harrington

Ashley Harrington is the Director of Unscripted Content, Program Operations at Showtime Networks in Los Angeles, where she works with filmmakers, producers, post production teams, and various internal departments to ensure all unscripted content delivers on time and adheres to Showtime’s technical specifications, formatting standards, and archival policy. Ashley builds on a decade of experience implementing and effectively communicating post-production workflows with a global perspective in the film & television marketplace.

Prior to joining Showtime, Ashley got her start as an intern for renowned documentarian Albert Maysles in Harlem, New York. Soon after, she received an apprenticeship with Sixteen19, a boutique post production house, specializing in dailies services and edit suites for both indie and blockbuster filmmakers, producers and editors. Later, Ashley managed the international film distribution and releases for more than 20 foreign territories at Focus Features International in New York, and relocated to Los Angeles to manage the post production workflows and domestic releases for the Focus Features office in Los Angeles. She also worked as a Marketing Operations Lead at Netflix, overseeing the production, finishing, delivery, and asset management of all marketing audio/visual deliverables for assigned Netflix Originals campaigns.

Ashley graduated from Syracuse University with a Master’s degree in Documentary Film and History. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a Certificate in Journalism in her hometown of Cleveland, Ohio, at Cleveland State University.

When Ashley isn’t working, she enjoys spending time exploring the great outdoors, writing poetry, playing guitar, and embarking on road trips with her daughter and fiancé.
