Ashley Smith

Since joining the team in 2016, Ashley has played an instrumental role in the development and execution of Comcast’s marketing campaigns, with the primary goals of improving the customer experience for residential customers, driving growth and increasing retention. Ashley drives the strategy and execution of these multilayered campaigns, which include direct mail, shared mail, social, and events. She is also responsible for planning and executing high profile sponsorship agreements with the Indianapolis Pacers and Colts teams.


In addition to her marketing responsibilities at Comcast, Ashley also serves as the co-lead for Indiana’s Black Employee Network where she drives initiatives to support diversity and inclusiveness.


Ashley spent over 10 years in marketing where she’s managed brands such as McDonald’s, Hoosier Lottery and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Ashley’s desire to drive marketing strategies within the entertainment industry led her to her role at Comcast.


Ashley graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Telecommunications and Marketing. Originally from Merrillville, IN, she currently resides in Indianapolis. In her spare time enjoys trying new foods, cooking and spending quality time with her husband, and Irish twin boys.
