Ashley Wilson serves as the human resources business partner for Scripps Networks Interactive’s digital start-up, ulive. Additionally, she provides special assistance to the Los Angeles based Ad Sales group. As a human resources business partner, Ashley is responsible for building productivity, capability and employees’ engagement by being in touch with employee needs and all HR communities and systems for her clients.
Ashley joined Scripps Networks Interactive in April 2012. She has more than eight years of experience in human resources, beginning her career in manufacturing at Berg Steel Pipe Corporation. There, she worked closely with the CFO and Plant HR Director and focused on developing key initiatives such as talent acquisition, retention, performance management, employee development and training, and employee relations for both the US and Germany operations.
Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Tennessee. She currently resides in San Francisco with her dog, Neyland.
