Ashmeet Khanooja is a Lead Business Analyst in the Telecom Engineering team at Altice and is based out of the New York office. She joined Altice in 2018 as part of the Emerging Talent program. Her primary responsibility is to drive tower operations in Altice’s east and west footprint. She works with cross-functional teams to strategize end to end process improvement plans for a seamless customer experience. Ms. Khanooja has also worked on Altice’s Wi-Fi improvement project to define KPIs and build dashboards to monitor progress.
Before Altice, she worked with Accenture, India as an Operations Analyst in the Avanade Business Unit. Her responsibilities included relationship building with multinational clients and ensuring technology product delivery timelines were met.
Ashmeet holds a Master’s Degree in Executive Management of Technology from New York University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from India.
In her spare time, Ashmeet likes to explore places in and around New York City, listen to good music and podcasts, read books and practice Yoga.
