Beth Marchetti is the Customer Care Manager at Insight Communications Louisville Contact Center. In this position Beth is part of the team that oversees Insight’s largest customer care center. Along with running the day-to-day activities of the center Beth is part of several companywide initiatives which include improving current tools the team uses to troubleshoot customer issues and a team that is working to improve the overall customer experience and increase First Call Resolution.
Beth brings more than 20 years of customer contact center management experience to her role.
