Blair Dver is the Manager of Client Solutions & Integrated Marketing for AMC. Blair is integral in the development of partnership opportunities and executions, providing custom marketing solutions and promotional campaigns for brands. In collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients/agencies, Blair oversees the creation of unique and innovative on-air, digital and social promotion that range from production integrations to custom content creation, including social outreach, digital interactive content, contests/sweepstakes and more.
In addition to creating bespoke opportunities for network partners, Blair develops opportunities for the national ad sales team to bring to market that are unique to AMC original series and programming events, such as The Walking Dead, Fear the Walking Dead, Talking Dead, Better Call Saul, Preacher, and more. Keeping the ever-evolving media landscape top of mind, Blair also provides sponsorship packages and partnership ideas for new and emerging products and platforms, such as mobile gaming and virtual/augmented reality content.
Blair started her career at WE tv on the Ad Sales Marketing team. She learned the landscape of unscripted programming, while working on projects such as: retooling the internal and client-facing sales sites; producing Upfront tools and promotional collateral; strategizing and tracking trade advertising; writing client proposals; and executing custom integrated content for national brands targeted to women.
Blair holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She started her media journey in radio, broadcasting the news on campus, which lead to internships with Wisconsin Public Television, Virgin Records and ABC. She currently resides in New York City with her husband. Her additional passion is sports and currently, she coaches youth girls’ basketball.
