Brandy Riherd is a Senior Manager of Analytics at Cox Communications. She has been with Cox for 6 years, starting as an analyst and progressing into leadership. She leads a team into the unknown, leveraging advanced analytics to better understand customer experience and provide real-time actionable insights to the business. She delivers analytic solutions enabling Cox to be more predictive and proactive towards customers’ needs. As a real example, her team is using Natural Language Processing and real-time behavioral data to offer customized chatbot experiences.
Prior to joining Cox Communications, Brandy managed a Reporting and Analytics team for Fleetcor, a global leader in business payments. She graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Marketing, and later an MBA with concentration in Supply Chain operations.
Outside of work, Brandy enjoys spending time with her husband (who also works for Cox) and their two young children. She enjoys travelling, hiking, cooking, following Formula 1, and cheering on the Atlanta Falcons.
