With over 18 years at Cisco, Brenda Dennis is currently Senior Director of WW Sales Strategy and Transformation where she is leads sales transformation, growth and acceleration strategies for the $46B sales organization. As a member of both the Enterprise and Service Provider Operating Committees, she helps to set strategy and marshal the collective resources of the company to deliver a transformational customer experience. In her previous role as Global Sales Director, she led a 130+ person sales and engineering organization, with revenue responsibility in excess of $.6B. Before joining Cisco, Brenda spent eight years at Sprint Communications in Sales Leadership and was Sprint’s nomination for Fortune Magazine’s "Hot Shots Under 30 in Telecommunications"
Brenda earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Marymount University, a Business Administration (BA) degree in International Business from Oregon State University, and studied at the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia.
With a passion around developing people, creating inclusive work environments and giving back to the community, Brenda is an Executive Sponsor for the Cisco Empowered Women’s Network (CWEN) and a sought after speaker for both internal and external events. She actively gives back to the community, serves on the Boards of the Alice Paul Institute and Big Brothers Big Sisters NJ (3 year Board Chair), and is co-founder of the Hainesport Soccer Club.
Brenda and her husband Doug moved to Hainesport 18 years ago to start a family and raise their three boys.
