Caitlin Cracium is the Senior Manager of Credit & Collections for Comcast’s Heartland Region, with responsibility for territory in four states. In this role, she oversees functions contributing to the reduction of non-pay churn, bad debt and equipment loss while promoting customer retention. She has a team of four Supervisors, 42 frontline employees and several partner vendors all focused on providing a superior customer experience while resolving delinquency issues
Caitlin began her career with Comcast in 1994 as an Area Collections Manager in the Detroit Metro Area and has held various related progressive positions. Her previous experience includes Telecommunications and Banking, encompassing Customer Care and Collections related roles.
Caitlin graduated from Michigan State University in 1991 with a BA in International Studies. She is a 2011 graduate of Comcast’s Fundamentals of Leadership (FOL) program, a Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) member and an active PTA member. She has also gained valuable experience as a Mentor for high potential future leaders.
In her spare time, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children. They enjoy traveling, cruises and family game nights.
