Carol Boyle is currently a Creative Director at ESPN for the Strategic Animation and Design division of Creative Services and has been with the company for 14 years. She is responsible for overseeing the creation and execution of on-air studio animation packages for Sportscenter, NBA, Friday Night Fights and the networks informational studio graphics. Carol also works closely with the Emerging Technology division of ESPN to drive new initiatives for studio production enhancements.
Throughout Carol’s career at ESPN she has received two Emmy’s for her work on Sportscenter. In addition, she has been awarded four Broadcast Designer Association awards from the BDA/Promax organization and a gold award from the 2007 New York Festival’s World Medal for her art direction on the Sportscenter My Wish campaign.
Prior to joining ESPN Carol was Senior Graphic Designer at WMUR-TV, Manchester, NH where she launched a re-design of the network and created the 1993 Election campaign graphics package.
