Carole Hart

Carole Hart is Senior Vice President of Enterprise Sales
at Time Warner Cable Media. In this role, she is responsible for ad sales for
over fifty TV markets, including New York City and LA. The product portfolio
includes spot cable, digital, fifteen 24-hour news channels, and four regional
Sports Networks.

 

She is a 28-year employee of Time Warner Cable and
previously served as Senior Vice President for the East Region, Regional Vice
President for the Mid-Atlantic Region, General Manager for the Carolinas,
General Sales Manager in Greensboro and Account Executive in Raleigh.
Additionally, she sold broadcast television advertising and worked for a small
cable operator as General Manager and Marketing Manager.

 

Ms. Hart graduated from Clemson University, S.C., with a
B.S. degree in Administrative Management, with an emphasis in Marketing.
Throughout her career, Carole has received many accolades for her dynamic
leadership and community involvement; most recently in October 2013, she was
nominated for the 2013 Charlotte Athena Leadership Award. At the 2013 Women In
Cable Telecommunications Annual Carolina Conference, Carole was awarded the
Carol A. Hevey Leadership Award.  This award is the highest honor given by
the Women In Cable Telecommunications in recognition of Carole’s
accomplishments in the cable industry, superior leadership, dedication to
mentoring and career development, as well as excellence in service to the
community.  Advertising Age named Carole as a Woman to Watch in June 2012.
She was inducted into the CableFax Sales Executive Hall of Fame in 2011. She is
a former board member of Women in Cable Telecommunications, past president of
Ad Club and a founder of PinStripes, a charity event that benefits the
Carolinas Neuromuscular/ALS-MDA Center, raising over $3 million over the past
16 years. Carole also spends her time serving on the Great Outdoors University
Advisor Council. Great Outdoors University utilizes the strength of North
Carolina Wildlife Federation affiliate resources and forms alliances with
community partners to empower children with an opportunity to discover and
experience the wonders and benefits of nature and foster a passion for
continued learning.
